Yes, we have miles of trails open to you! We encourage Membership to enable us to maintain the trails and advance our mission. 

Our grounds are open dawn to dusk.


Yes, your leashed dog is welcome to join you while hiking our trails.


Yes, maps are located on trailhead kiosks but can also be found digitally HERE


Yes! The main CEC building is open: 


Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm

Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm

Sunday 11:00am - 3:00pm


Our grounds are ALWAYS open dawn to dusk everyday!


Yes, we have lots of rental options. Please see our Rentals Page.


WiFi is available at our main building. Visit our welcome desk for the password. 


No, there is no public hunting on the CEC property.


No, the Catholic Ecology Center is not funded by the Archdiocese but rather our funding comes from individuals, programs, grants, etc. We have the blessing of the Archbishop of Milwaukee to call ourselves Catholic and live out our faith-filled mission. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
