• Paved driveway and parking, 2 Outdoor Decks, grill, viewing tower, fire pits, frisbee golf course. 
• Can rent Entire Building, Only Lower Level or Only Upper Level

FULL BUILDING 

• Up to 10 people $375/nt   
• 11-25 people $475/nt 
• 26-45 people $590/nt 
• 46-60 people $690/nt  

A one time cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for a full building rental 

$150 discount off total price on a full building rental 3+ nts for 26 people or more

UPPER LEVEL ONLY

• Up to 10 people $250/nt 
• 11-26 people $350/nt 

A one time cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for a upper level building rental 

Upper level features large gathering room with fireplace. This gathering room is then used for sleeping up to 20 people in sleeping bags/sleeping pads (pads provided). 

Upper level private room sleeps 6 on individual cots and sleeping pads (both provided).

Other Upper Level  Features: Spacious Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bathrooms with 3 Showers, Outdoor Deck.  

LOWER LEVEL ONLY

• Up to 10 people $275/nt 
• 11-34 people $375/nt 

A one time cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for a lower level building rental 

Lower level features large gathering room with fireplace. This large gathering room is then used for sleeping up to 30 people in sleeping bags/sleeping pads (pads provided). 

Lower level private room sleeps 4 on individual cots and sleeping pads (both provided).

Other Lower Level  Features: Very Spacious Kitchen, Ping Pong Table, Bathrooms with 3 Showers, Outdoor Deck.
